How can I return my product for a refund?
If you encounter any issue with your product, we are here to help. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of when your order was delivered to set up a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from when the order was delivered. For more information about our return policy, please see our terms and conditions.
To return your product for a refund, please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. We will provide you with a return label as well as instructions for sending back your product. Please note that orders returned without a Cardiologic Ltd- issued return label will not be accepted. To expedite your return, please ensure that you provide the following details when contacting us:

The reason for the return
The serial number of the watch.
Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your authorised return number, name and address etc with your returned items.
When an order is returned, we will refund you once we have received and checked the product when it arrives at the warehouse. We recommend that you send us the receipt proving you have sent your parcel (from the post office or pick-up point) so our teams can
Note that it may take 3-5 business days for the return package to be scanned, received, and confirmed as such in our database. Only when it is confirmed as received in our database will the refund be processed. If you would like to be refunded via a different payment method, please contact us.
