    Cardiologic Ltd - How can I return my product for a refund?
    If you encounter any issue with your product, we are here to help. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of when your order was delivered to set up a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from when the order was delivered. For more information about our return policy, please see our terms and conditions.
    To return your product for a refund, please contact us by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page. We will provide you with a return label as well as instructions for sending back your product. Please note that orders returned without a Cardiologic Ltd- issued return label will not be accepted. To expedite your return, please ensure that you provide the following details when contacting us:

    • The order Date
    • The reason for the return
    • The serial number of the watch.

     

    Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your authorised return number, name and address etc with your returned items.

    When an order is returned, we will refund you once we have received and checked the product when it arrives at the warehouse. We recommend that you send us the receipt proving you have sent your parcel (from the post office or pick-up point) so our teams can
    track delivery.
    Note that it may take 3-5 business days for the return package to be scanned, received, and confirmed as such in our database. Only when it is confirmed as received in our database will the refund be processed. If you would like to be refunded via a different payment method, please contact us.

    Order Confirmations
    You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

     

    Shipping Methods and Charges
    Next Day Delivery
    Sent next working day. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1:00 pm the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery, subject to availability.

     

    After 1:00 pm Delivery
    If orders are placed after 1 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.

     

    Lost Parcels
    If a parcel is lost/undelivered, please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.

    Our Cardiologic Ltd digital health Products, as detailed in the user guide for digital health products (the “Product”) must be used in accordance with the user guide attached to or
    packed with each Product.
     
    As a user of the Products and Services, You, acknowledge and guarantee:

    • That you have obtained and read a copy of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions
    • To be in possession of the Cardiologic Services Terms and Conditions on a durable media for example by printing them out. Durable media means any instrument which enables you to store information addressed personally to you in a way accessible for future reference for a period of time adequate for the purposes of the information and which allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored.
    • To be of age required or otherwise authorized under the law of your country of residence to commit yourself into the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions.


    ANY OBJECTION OR CONTESTATION TO THESE CARDIOLOGIC LTD SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE INTERPRETED AS A REFUSAL TO AGREE TO THESE CARDIOLOGIC LTD SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
    IF YOU WERE TO DISAGREE WITH THE CARDIOLOGIC LTD SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE ANY CARDIOLOGIC LTD LTD PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.


    Modification of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions

    It is understood and agreed between the parties that Cardiologic Ltd keeps the right, in any case, to modify all or part of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions, to reflect changes to the law or any applicable regulation, changes to our Products and Services or
    any event which is deemed sufficient by Cardiologic to command such revisions. Any new version of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions will not apply retroactively but replaces and supersedes the previous version of the Cardiologic Services Terms and Conditions.
     
    We advise you to frequently consult the Cardiologic Services Terms and Conditions and to save each version on durable media.


    General provisions


    Force Majeure
    Any event that is deemed at once unforeseeable, insurmountable and external and thereby prevents us from fulfilling our obligations under these Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions is considered an event of Force Majeure (“Force Majeure Event”). The following events are especially considered as examples of Force Majeure Events: strikes, flood, fire, lock-outs, disruption and distractions in transport services, supply difficulties in raw material
    or energy, any communication interference resulting in any difficulty to fulfil any order or performance of any act required by the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. The performance of such act shall be immediately continued once the cause of the Force Majeure Event ceases.


    Entire Agreement
    This version of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and cancels, excludes and replaces any previous conditions in its subject matter. You acknowledge that other documents of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions. You are subject to these Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions.


    Severability
    If any provision of the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid or unenforceable part or provision will be deemed as unwritten.


    Waiver
    Any failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under the Cardiologic Ltd Services Terms and Conditions shall not operate as a waiver; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further
    exercise thereof.


    Evidence – Electronic communication
    Any notification and communication between Cardiologic Ltd and you can be realised by any electronic means of communication such as emails. You hereby grant us your express consent for sending you by electronic means of communication any notification through your Cardiologic Ltd account.


    Governing law – Dispute resolution
    In the event of any controversy or dispute between Cardiologic Ltd and You arising out of or in connection with your use of any Products and Services provided by Cardiologic Ltd, the parties shall attempt, promptly, in good faith and before any judicial action, to resolve the
    dispute amicably through alternative dispute resolution.
     
    These Cardiologic Ltd Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. In the event that litigation arises out of or in connection with your use of any Products and Services provided by Cardiologic Ltd, the Parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. In case of dispute, only the English courts will be competent.
